Apart & Spa Zoned - Kopaonik

This hotel outreached our expectations in total. Words cannot express every little thing employees did to help us - from teaching us how to park in snow, jump-starting our car, and creating a wonderful stay in every sense... The greatest thanks to their Chef! Will go back to Zoned for sure.

The only thing they could include would be a darts or a pool table, and enrich fitness facility..

The food was really tasty, we enjoyed our meals. The staff was quite polite and friendly as well. The location was perfect for skiing, just next to the slopes. We also really appreciated the shuttle bus that took us to nearby places.

Our room was not up to par. The beds were not comfortable which made it quite difficult to sleep at night.

The hotel was excellent,the receptionist was very friendly and kind.She also recommended a great place to eat across the street which had traditional cuisine and the atmosphere was excellent.

Relatively difficult to arrive there

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely stunning, situated on a steep hill surrounded by beautiful countryside. We enjoyed taking walks and exploring the area.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The staff is really kind and helpfull, the rooms are very nice and comfortable. Very near to the sky station, the hotel has a flags that makes perfect to locate it when you are arraving.

The hotel offers half board but on the menu there are very few dishes so after couple of days (or even 1 if you don´t like them) you don´t want to take them and you "loose" these money. The spa is very small, just 1 sauna and 1 jacuzzi and you have to book with lot of advance or there´s no place. They don´t have terapist for massages. We went for have a kind of weekend in spa and balnearium and finally we went to another hotel near that really have a spa offer (and of course pay for it).

Good ski resort Kopaonik.

The hotel is conveniently located near the ski lifts and is easily accessible with own transportation. Guests can reach the slopes or the center of the town without any hassle. the rooms are clean and spacious, and the facilities such as the spa and wifi are good. the staff is friendly and accommodating, and guests can enjoy a variety of breakfast options.

There was an incident with one of the hotel's recommended taxi providers, which resulted in guests being scammed.

Very kind staff made us feel like at home. The hotel is new and well furnished. the position is about 6 km from ski canter which is good if you have a car, but that is also said at the internet pages so it is all clear. I would only recommend little bit more organization, but all in all very pleasant stay. Would go there again.

Excellent stuff, location and services

Very helpful staff, always willing to lend a hand. Excellent breakfast and comfy beds. Great location downtown.

Rooms are slightly outdated, and the facilities could use a bit of an upgrade. Didn't quite meet my expectations for a four-star hotel.
